  • $460 per night (3 night minimum)
  • $2,360 per week (7 days, 6 nights)
  • $7,800 per month (estimated)
  • 1-12 guests, $12 per night each additional guest, maximum of 25 guests
  • Sales tax is additional

ATVAM & MnUSA Members:​ Show your membership card at check in for a 10% discount. This discount may not be combined with other discounts.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 1:00 PM. ​Flexible arrival/departure times may be available. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

50% of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation. This can be paid by credit card at the time of booking or you may request to mail a check (reservation will be held up to 7 days).

The remainder of the rental fee plus a $1,000 damage deposit are due before check-in. The damage deposit will be fully refunded if no charges apply. Damages and excessive cleaning charges will be determined within 3 days of your departure, and you will be credited accordingly at that time.

Note: When you book through third party vendors there may be additional or different charges for the damage deposit, insurance, etc.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your stay, you may apply your full payment made toward a future stay.

Otherwise refunds will be issued as follows:
  • 3 weeks prior to check-in date = full refund of all payments
  • 72 hours prior = 20% of rental fee will be forfeited, the rest will be refunded
  • Less than 72 hours prior = 50% of rental fee will be forfeited, the rest will be refunded

Cleaning Policy
​We provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, bath towels, and bed linens. Your rental rate includes washing of linens; cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. You are required to clean the kitchen (including dishes, cookware, refrigerators, other appliances) and leave the place in general order. Leaving behind excessive disorder or cleaning will result in a deduction from your damage deposit of $32 per hour of cleaning needed to correct the problem. If you do not wish to clean the kitchen before you leave or want other maid/cleaning services during your stay, please ask for a quote prior to arrival.

Children, Pets, and Smoking
  • Children are welcome, though we do not provide cribs, high chairs, stair gates, etc.
  • Up to 3 dogs (any size) allowed with an additional cleaning fee of $55 per stay. Please bring your own pooper scooper tools. Cats are NOT allowed.​
  • Smoking is NOT permited on the property. Damages/cleaning related to smoking will be deducted from your damage deposit.
